By using GoalCast you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What GoalCast is

GoalCast publishes football statistics and predictions produced by computer models. It is an information service.

GoalCast is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold money for you, or place bets on your behalf.

Predictions are not guarantees

Every figure on this site is a probability estimated from past results. Predictions can be and regularly are wrong, including those shown as "safe tips" or with a high confidence rating.

• Nothing on GoalCast is betting, financial or professional advice.
• Past accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy.
• Any decision to bet, and any loss that follows, is your own responsibility.

The results and model pages show how the predictions have performed, including where they fall short.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.

Gambling laws differ from country to country. You are responsible for making sure that using this site, and any betting you choose to do elsewhere, is legal where you are.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse the site.

Premium membership

Premium plans and their prices are listed on the Premium page. Prices are shown in Naira for members in Nigeria and in US dollars elsewhere. You can pay by the methods offered for your country, which may include card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Once your payment is confirmed we switch Premium on for your account for the period you paid for. Plans do not renew automatically. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, so check the amount, address and network before sending.

Premium gives access to additional selections and analysis. It does not guarantee winning bets or profit, and the points under "Predictions are not guarantees" apply to it in full.

If you have a problem with a payment or your access, contact us and we will put it right.

Accuracy of information

Fixtures, results, standings, player statistics and odds come from third-party sources. We work to keep them correct but cannot promise they are complete, current or free of errors. Check important details, such as kick-off times, with an official source.

Sponsors and outside links

Adverts are labelled "Sponsored". Sponsors do not influence the predictions. We are not responsible for the content, offers or practices of other websites we link to, including sponsors. Read their terms before you use them.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• copy, resell or republish large parts of the site without permission
• overload the site or attempt to break its security
• use the site for anything unlawful

Our content

The GoalCast name, logo, design and written content belong to GoalCast. Team and competition names, crests and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify matches. GoalCast is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or competition.

Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, GoalCast is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including betting losses.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
